According to current virus control policies, it is still uncertain for when we can resume operation, there are many factors may affect the time when we can resume operation including government mandatory restrictions, picking-up service availability from carriers, availability of personal protection supplies etc..
This is a special time and most of those factors (if not all) are beyond of our control, please be prepared for the delay when place your orders.
For those customers who have paid their orders some time ago, we can accept a cancellation for refund if you cannot wait any longer.
All the orders will be processed in the order when the payments were received when the situation allows.
