Hi,

I would like you to send me the Speed Controller Programming Instructions with only 4 options, for the
HiModel GX Seires 200A 4-8S Electric Speed Controller W/BEC Type GX-200A-BEC, as the instructions I have and the one that are available in your site is for 6 options.
With these instructions when I get to options 4, with my device, it takes me back to options 1.

Very good ESC, i run two of this in boats with 6S Lipo. Runs great, but acceleration curve is good for planes, but not for boats.

Good product.

Ran in a boat with a home made forced air water intercooled cooler. Feigao 540XL 2370kv motor turning a octura X642. 32" cat hull ran at more than 50MPH on 4S lipo's tried it on 6S lipo but was so powerful could bearly keep the nose down even moved the batts into the nose of the boat was totally kick ass until it shut down on overheat worked fine again once cool! Think a 1800Kv motor for 6s and it would work well. Great value controller probably the best on I had for a while used car ignition sealer spray to water resist the controller after stripping off the heatshrink. Fitted with a 40mm fan from a PC video card which I mounted onto the heatsink provided water intercooler created from 5mm steel tubing mounted very close to fan to precool the air also bonded a water cooling plate to the CPU side of the controller. Lot of work but much cheaper than a boat controller and it worked very well.

Can I use additional 5.5V BEC with this speed controller?

Or I should disconnect " " wire from ESC to receiver?

I drive in my Isiklar(MHZ)2 of this with 6S4P on 2 KB45-XL 1200U/V on Octura X457L R by maximum speed 82.8km/h for 4,5 minutes without any Problems.I also built a Watercooler on is and "dip" it with ""Plastidip"" for Isolation about Water.Last Time I flooted it because I do not see a biger wave and 8liters of Water where inside...No Problem only the Receiver must by drying in the Sun for 2 hours,after that I started the 2nd run!!
I can give 4 Stars for it

This esc is not designed for 8S.

The fairchild MOSFETS are not rated past 30Vdc.

BEC can handle it, just FETS cannot!!!!!!

This item can not run on 8S li-po, but on 6S li-po runs well. I recomend it to not more than 25V.

Also it do not have smooth start, but for the price is ok.

I give 2 stars because i buy it to run on 8s and it's burned.
