No. We can not charge your credit card even you offering us your card details, as the credit card system we are using can only accept Visa credit card with Verified by Visa function enabled, it means to make a payment, you need to enter the password to your secure question besides the card numbers and expiration date etc. The password is set up by yourself when appling for the Verified by Visa service.
