What does ETA to be confirmed mean?

    Meaning of ETA: ETA is the abbreviation of "Estimated Time of Arrival".

"ETA to be confirmed" means the estimated time of arrival is waiting for the manufacturer's confirmation.

When an order was placed and containing low stock or back order item via our online order system, no matter the order is paid or not, our back end order system will list out those items and reminding our purchasing staff to advise the ETA, and our purchasing staff will follow up with the relative manufacturers to check the ETA, We will update the ETA information asap when get a confirmation from the manufacturer. Yet as you may easily understand, the ETA is mainly depending on the manufacturers, for some reason, it happen quite often that manufacturer can not provide an ETA in a timely manner, or sometime they even cannot provide an ETA, this is why sometime it takes quite long or even without an ETA information been updated.

Checking ETA information is one of our purchasing staff's daily work, our purchasing staff will follow up asap when any order containing low stock item(s)was received, so there is no worry about your order been overlooked, also there is no need to contact us and open a help ticket in this case.

When your order containing low stock item or you receive a message saying an item status is "ETA to be confirmed", then please give us some time, the ETA information will be updated to both the product pages and the information center, you can also sign up a notify-me-when-available notice on the product page, then you will be notified by email when it is back in stock.
