I want to cancel an order, what should I do?

    a. For order(s) not paid yet, you can login to your account, and feel free to delete the order from your order list, there is no need to contact or inform us before or after the cancellation in this case.
b. For order(s) already paid, you need to open a online help ticket and give us the order number, then we will process it within 24 working hours.
