Features:
Charge:1-4 cell(s)
Input:DC 12V/120W
Charging current:0.5A-4A
Li-Polymer/Li-ion battery in parallel independently.
Specifications:
Ⅰ. Specifications:
● Input voltage: DC 11V~15V. At 12V the maximum working current is 4.0A.

● Charging current is 0.5A~4.0A. By pressing the button on the panel, adjustment is made initiating from 0.5 amp.

● The parallel charging mode is to enable4 separate Li-ion cells having the parallel charging function at the same time.

● While connecting the EX-4 Cascade Charging Dock, each battery pack is therefore being charged automatically without having to operate manually.

● The LCD screen indicates the relevant charging status for these4 cells as well as its relevant voltage and current.

● The built-in fan performs its detecting functions while the buzzing alarm is activated should fault occurs.

● The operating temperature: 0~40℃

Ⅱ.Operation Instructions:
1.There are three buttons on the panel–enabling the current to progressively increase, decrease, as well as its Start/Stop button.

2.Procedures for charging a single cell battery are as follows:
● Plug in for power supply;
● Connect the cell to the charger;
● Pre-set the charging current,
● Press Start/Stop button.
3.LCD screen indicates the charging status for each cell in real-time. Individual cell is therefore charged progressively, once each cell is fully charged, the letter “OK” is prompted on display respectively. While the whole pack has completed its charging job, the buzzer is therefore alarmed. Once all “OK” signs indicated together with 5 prompt tones generated, it means that the charger is still under charging process until all current values reach to “0”, the power then turns off and3 prompt tones are then generated.

4.Please carefully check the battery pole and use the correct connecter so as not to wrongly connect. However, should the battery pack is accidentally connected to its reverse polarity, both charger and the battery pack will not be damaged due to its built-in protection circuit.

5.Procedures of usingtheEX-4 Cascade Charging Dock are as follows:
● Connect EX-4 Cascade Charging Dock to the charger and plug-in battery pack to the EX-4 Cascade Charging Dock.
● Supply power to the charger. The Start/Stop button is to activate its charging function. By pressing the ● ● Start/Stop button to commence charging; a letter “Serial” is then prompted on LCD screen.
● Pre-set the charging current by pressing the button.
● Press the Start/Stop button again to activate the charging cycle.
6.If EX-4 Cascade Charging Dock is used, this charger has an auto-switching function until all battery packs are fully charged, during which there will be no buzz alarm. The LED shows: 1) a flashing light indicating its course of the charging work, and 2) signal on indicating the pack is fully charged.

7.This charger is protected from reverse polarity connection. Therefore damages will not occur even the power supply is connected but the charger will stop working.

8.The charger has over-charge protection. Therefore the battery pack will not be over-charged even the power supply is not disconnected after fully charged.

9.Input voltage at its above or below level will cause the charger to be mal-function, e.g. damage will cause should input voltage is above 18V; should input voltage is either below10. 5V or above14.5V, a signal made with a “battery pack” is on with a sound from buzzer as warning.

10.Output voltage of switching power is required to be 12V and input power should be over 120W. When voltage is too high or too low, the maximum charging current will therefore be affected.

Note: Serial charging mode is forbidden.
Includes/Requires:
Includes:
1 x DN Power charger
1 x DC power source cable
1 x 4S to 3S convert cable
1 x 4S to 2S+2S convert cable
1 x English/Chinese manual

(* The cascade charging dock/extension is not included, to be purchased separately)
*The new G2 Plus and G3 charging port are compatible with HiModel series battery charging connectors, no polarity reverse cable are necessary as old G2 or spirit chargers.
Comments:
Note:

Requirement of power supply: +12VDC, power should be over 150W with overload protection. Notice should be taken for the estimated voltage and the capacity in case of a lead battery. For multi-pack charging function, it is therefore greatly advised that lead battery should not be used as the main power supply.
