Binding procedures:
1. Push down and hold the Bind button  then power it on, the green and red LED will blink slowly, this means the receiver is now in binding mode.
2. Switch on your transmitter and enter into binding mode, when the green and red LEDs on the receiver turn off, it means the binding is success. 
3. The blue LED indicates the PPM signal output, it will blink constantly while working. If the red LED lit up it means signal is lost.  The red and green LEDs should turn off when the system is working properly.
